**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Remote Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information in a professional and friendly manner.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and investigate customer issues by actively listening and asking probing questions, then leverage problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution.

- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough research on customer inquiries or complaints, utilizing company resources and online tools to deliver accurate information and solutions.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty through excellent service and regular follow-ups.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately enter customer interactions, service updates, and feedback into the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for team members.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support) to facilitate seamless service delivery and inform customers of new products, promotions, or procedures.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help inform service improvements and product development initiatives.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, skills, and teamwork capabilities, ensuring consistency in customer care delivery.

- **Mission Alignment:** Embrace and promote Praxair's mission, values, and standards, ensuring that all customer interactions align with our commitment to sustainability and safety.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in a remote or partially remote environment.

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a relevant associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and professionally.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to navigate online platforms for research and communication efficiently.

- **Problem-Solving Ability:** Strong analytical and research skills, with an ability to assess multifaceted issues and develop effective solutions in real-time.
