### **Job Description:**

Newmont Mining is looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team. As an entry-level representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with Newmont Mining. In this role, you will possess the ability to develop strong relationships with customers while addressing their inquiries and needs, making it essential to have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

### **Responsibilities:**

- **Frontline Support**
Act as a professional point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about Newmont Mining's services, policies, and product offerings.

- **Issue Resolution**
Assist customers in resolving issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution by utilizing problem-solving skills and company resources.

- **Customer Engagement**
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and trust by being attentive to their needs and feedback.

- **Documentation**
Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the customer management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- **Collaboration**
Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and recommendations effectively, sharing insights for improvement in customer services as necessary.

- **Feedback Collection**
Gather customer feedback on products and services and relay this information to the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

- **Training and Development**
Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay updated on company products and industry trends, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education**
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

- **Reliable:** Consistently punctual and dependable; able to manage work responsibilities without direct supervision.

- **Soft Skills**

- **Time Management:** Skilled in juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills**
