**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns with resourcefulness and independence.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

2. **Problem Solving:**

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Summarize customer feedback and concerns, providing insights for continuous improvement in service delivery.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

5. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and FDA regulations regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
- Contribute to quality assurance practices by reviewing and improving customer service processes.

6. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Seek feedback and professional development opportunities to foster personal growth and improve service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or healthcare-related fields are a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Comfortable using technology for remote communication.
