### Requirements

**Educational Background:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

**Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the healthcare or retail sector.

**Skills and Competencies:**

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and documentation.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills to analyze situations and develop effective responses.

- **Technical Skills:**
