Job Description:

Broadcom, a leading technology company based in Fort Worth, Texas, is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner4. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accuracy of customer records5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
