Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. This is a full-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of four years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and emotional intelligence- Conducting research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Minimum of four years of experience in customer service- Energetic personality with a dedication to providing excellent customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Excellent research skills to find accurate information and solutions- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
