**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Capital One's products and services. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers to enhance their experience.

- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize strong problem-solving skills to synthesize customer feedback and quickly identify solutions. Display resilience in navigating customer concerns and managing challenging situations.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of our services. Share insights and suggestions with management to foster innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high level of service and support a positive team atmosphere. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

- **Autonomous Work:** Operate with a high degree of autonomy; manage your schedule to meet customer needs while maintaining productivity and efficiency in your role.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is not required, making this role ideal for recent graduates or those new to the workforce.

- **Personality Traits:** Strongly prefer candidates who are resourceful and resilient. You should thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage challenges as they arise.

- **Soft Skills:** Must possess a high level of innovation and creativity to approach customer inquiries and issues with fresh, impactful solutions.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable using various digital communication tools and CRM software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers.

- **Availability:** Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary, to meet the needs of our customers.
