Job Description:

Facebook is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are driven, resilient, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive support- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing insights and best practices

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment- Proficiency in using customer service software and platforms- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
