What Is Required (Qualifications)

5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role in B2B healthcare
Proficiency in project management software like Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare data standards and clinical data in EMR's
Experience in pharmaceutical or B2B healthcare settings
