Job Description:

Cisco Systems is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upsells.4. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in our customer success processes.6. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and helping them achieve their desired outcomes.7. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Hardworking and confident personality traits to drive results and build trust with customers.6. Adaptability and critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.8. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant technologies.
