Job Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to provide personalized support- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and product improvements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus- Must be reliable, hardworking, and have excellent negotiation and leadership skills
