Job Description:

Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and upselling efforts

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Demonstrated creativity and strong decision-making skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
