Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver presentations to educate clients on product features and best practices- Proactively monitor client usage and engagement to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Work with the sales team to renew contracts and secure additional business from existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights to clients- Utilize innovative approaches to problem-solving and client relationship management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels- Hardworking and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction- Ability to proactively identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs- Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients in person- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software- Innovation mindset to continuously improve customer success strategies
