Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess a passion for customer service and a resilience to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends as needed
