Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely through phone, email, and chat- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding- Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer support

Requirements:- Proven experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptability to work in a remote environment- Dedication to providing top-notch customer service- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers- Persuasion skills to resolve customer issues and complaints- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
