**Key Responsibilities:**

- Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders by actively listening and addressing their concerns.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, document feedback, and maintain accurate customer profiles.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and marketing to relay customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience and service efficiency.

5. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs to enhance the self-service experience.

6. **Training and Mentorship:**
- Provide guidance and support to new team members as needed, sharing best practices to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the customer support role.

7. **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer support performance and feedback.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of success.
