What You Will Be Doing
Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexityCommunicate with clientsDevelop strategies leading to efficient resolution of casesNegotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liensDraft pleadings and reportsHandle all aspects of workers compensation litigation
What You Need for this Position
1+ years of either workers compensation or labor & employment experience preferredValid CA Bar License
