Eversource Energy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and the corporate website.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and informative marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and grow Eversource Energy's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create a social media calendar and post regular updates that highlight company initiatives, energy-saving tips, and community programs.
- **SEO & Website Optimization:**
- Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
- **Email Marketing:**
- Support the email marketing strategy by creating and segmenting campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics.
- **Campaign Development & Monitoring:**
- Work with the marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Market Research:**
- Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration & Relationship Building:**
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive team environment and support collaborative marketing efforts.
- Participate in team meetings to present findings and contribute to strategic discussions.
### Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional setting.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and basic SEO practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field.
