As a key member of commercial operations team, this role will play an integral part in the company's goal of changing patients' lives and cultivating our community. You will be responsible for implementing consumer-driven contact tactics across all touchpoints in both a consumer and patient's journey with our company. The primary focus of this role will be executing on data-driven digital initiatives, with the objective of growing disease state education and patient acquisition. You will be a nimble, hands-on digital operations specialist who thrives working in cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and improve results. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Major focus on digital operations, project management and vendor partner optimization Participate in internal operations initiatives to strengthen and expand the company's use of the Digital Marketing CRM system Manage the daily activity required to keep marketing improving in their digital operations, with activities to include, but not limited to: operations management, meetings, huddles and digital reviews Execute digital initiatives and projects from development through launch and ongoing maintenance while working as part of cross-functional and collaborative teams Manage ongoing reporting of digital marketing metrics, and manage thoughtful performance analysis Optimize against target segments and messaging tacticsRequirements: Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in digital operations execution: targeting, test design, marketing automation and analysis. Bachelor's degree Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates and leverage input from across the organization Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and willingness to take initiative Knowledge of CRM database functions and Marketing Automation tools (Ie. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Understanding of CRM data for use in segmentation and targeting Experience in integrated marketing communications (Ie. Email, SMS, Social) Data-driven and analytical minded Honest and passionate about data: targeting, metrics and analysis Sense of humor
