Background Profile: Provide support to customers through various channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc.Occasionally visit customer sites as needed.Act as the customer advocate within the company, promoting customer requests and ensuring prompt resolutions.Collaborate with departments such as sales, development, marketing, and product management.Contribute to internal discussions to enhance service and product offerings.Create Knowledge Base content and share expertise with peers to improve service quality and professionalism.
