What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
This is a field property insurance claims adjuster position.
The adjuster must live/work in the territory for this position which is in the greater Minneapolis area.
Must have Xactimate experience on the resume.
Experience as a property adjuster on the resume
What are the nice-to-have skills?
Construction/remediation experience
Field experience
Describe how this position fits in your organization.
Property claims adjusters work in the field with our clients to help them work through their property claim. Customer service is a must when helping clients through their claim which can be stressful.
