Remote Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (Remote) Location: California Experience: 2+ years of insurance defense, product liability, general liability, trucking, professional liability, insurance coverage, lemon law, or personal injury litigation experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join one of the well-reputed law firms on a remote basis in California.
As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters including product liability, general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, lemon law, trucking, and personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities: - Handling all aspects of the litigation process, from case inception to trial preparation and settlement negotiations
- Managing discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses
- Working closely with clients to provide counsel on legal matters and provide regular updates on case status
Requirements: - Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California bar in good standing
- 2+ years of insurance defense, products liability, general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, lemon law, or personal injury litigation experience
