Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-level information systems Manage server and desktop operating systems Develop and maintain applications Create and maintain backup and recovery procedures Oversee local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) Maintain IT and data communication hardware Write and update technical documentation Implement and maintain telecommunication systems Support business operations with IT systems Prepare technical documentation and progress reports Develop and implement long-term technology plans Plan and support maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and security Review system capabilities and oversee upgrades, installations, and maintenance Optimize business processes and workflows with relevant data Manage IT infrastructure, including network administration, servers, storage, and desktop support Conduct feasibility studies, project analyses, and risk assessments Communicate with all levels of management and employees Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or information technology 1+ years of experience in IT project management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with project management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills
