Role Description This is a part-time to full-time remote business opportunity for an Itinerary Planner. The position is responsible for booking travel arrangements for clients, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating regularly with clients. This position is fully commission based.
Qualifications Customer service and customer satisfaction skills Experience in travel agency or travel-related industry. Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and remotely. Knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and visa requirements Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or relevant field is preferred.
