What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive the development of referrals for litigation support and expert services
Maintain key customer relationships and expand the company's customer base
Act as a liaison between clients and the company, promoting services and exchanging information
Represent the company at industry functions and organize client entertainment
Inform clients of policy changes and assist in resolving client concerns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

2+ years of direct experience in sales and/or marketing similar services
Knowledge of claims management relative to Liability Defense preferred
Must hold a valid state Driver's License
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive team-oriented environment
