Remote Licensed Practical Nurse

Centene is seeking a Remote Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care management for mental and behavioral health needs.
This position is remote with local travel for member visits in Orange, Osceola, or Seminole Counties in Florida.
2 years of pediatric experience and bilingual skills preferred.

Evaluate member needs via phone or in-home visits Develop care plans and identify resources for members Coordinate care with providers and community resources Provide education to members and families on treatment options and healthcare benefits Qualifications: Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work, required licensing based on state contract requirements, and 2-4 years of related experience.
Pay range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year plus comprehensive benefits package.
