Automotive litigationPersonal InjuryCatastrophic injuryInsurance DefenseGeneral LiabilityHabitabilitySexual Abuse/Sexual HarassmentLegal MalpracticePremises liabilityProduct LiabilityProfessional liabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation are a must. Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
Salary: $140,000-$225,000 base plus bonuses.
