Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at USAA in San Jose, California. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, energetic, and have a strong attention to detail. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution of issues
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Energetic and customer-focused attitude- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- No previous experience required - we will provide training- Must be located in San Jose, California and have a reliable internet connection
