We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with inpatient, ER, or primary care experience to join MedStar's growing telemedicine services in Connected Transitional Care.
In this position you will work remotely using our telehealth platform seeing patients for hospital discharge follow up visits.
This program promotes a team-based approach to care, working in conjunction with our other primary care team members.
This program improves patient access to a clinician and facilitates care within the MedStar system.

This position has a base salary hiring range of $104,000 - $116,000.
In addition to the base salary, you are eligible for incentive bonuses.
