Job Description:

Loews is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Office Manager in Houston, Texas. As a part-time role, this position is perfect for someone looking to gain entry-level experience in office management while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all remote team members, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication.- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, conferences, and events.- Manage and maintain virtual office systems, including email accounts, calendars, and document organization.- Assist with the development and implementation of remote work policies and procedures.- Monitor and report on remote team performance and productivity.- Handle any technical issues or challenges that arise for remote team members.- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for remote employees.- Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional setting.- Driven and hardworking attitude with a passion for excellence.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire remote team members.- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with a virtual audience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Must be a resident of Houston, Texas, US.
