Available Positions: Position 1: Junior High Resource Teacher (Co-teaching ELA) Grade Level: Junior High Specialty: Resource, Co-teaching English Language Arts (ELA) Full-Time Open to Remote Work Position 2: Junior High Resource Teacher (Co-teaching Math) Grade Level: Junior High Specialty: Resource, Co-teaching Math Full-Time Open to Remote Work Position 3: Elementary Grades 2-5 Resource Teacher (Literacy and Math) Grade Level: Elementary (Grades 2-5) Specialty: Resource, teaching literacy and math, push-in support in regular general education classrooms Full-Time Preference for Onsite Work Responsibilities: Provide special education services to students with a range of learning disabilities in a resource setting. Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach core subjects (ELA/Math). Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed. Support students in their social and academic growth, encouraging independence. Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student progress. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the success of each student. Participate in IEP meetings, educational planning, and professional development activities. Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education or related field. Valid Arkansas Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification). Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP requirements. Experience in co-teaching and/or resource settings preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
