Position: Remote Part-Time Event Assistant / Helper
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible, approximately 10-20 hours per week (with the potential to transition into a full-time position of 30-40 hours)

Role Overview We are seeking a Remote Part-Time Event Assistant / Helper to support backend operations related to past events. This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring efficient follow-ups for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities Assist in following up with clients and team members on event-related matters.Ensure Leads/Captains submit their event reports promptly.Review time cards and Lead / Captain reportsAddress feedback from clients or staff about recent events.Follow up with staff on issues such as tardiness, missing signatures on timecards, call-outs, etc. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred but not required.Neat and organized work habits are essential!
