Role Overview: Our client is seeking 4 talented PHP Engineers to join their remote team on a 6-month contract basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time roles based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using PHP to support core CRM and ATS products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and frontend developers, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across a large, distributed system. Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments. Work in a fully remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with opportunities for direct impact on the product and user experience. Qualifications: Strong experience as a PHP developer, with a proven track record of building scalable, maintainable backend systems. Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Solid understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while being a collaborative team player. Preferred Experience: Experience in the staffing industry or with CRM/ATS platforms. Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for deployment and monitoring. Angular development.
