What You Will Be Doing
Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial Work on complex first-party property and personal injury cases Draft pleadings and conduct depositions Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position
3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (first-party background preferred) J.D.
Degree or Esquire Bar Certified: CA Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials Competency in Case-Management Software
