Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to support the streamlining and alignment of business process and procedures across the SGT portfolio.  Primary focus will be ISO Auditing and to support consistent development, review, dissemination, training on, and archiving of company processes and procedures.  The Process Excellence Manager will take a continuous improvement approach, ISO auditing, proactively identifying potential quality opportunities through the review and auditing of operational procedures, key performance metrics, and transactions, to ensure that operational processes are being executed in accordance with defined processes, policies and procedures, regulations, service level standards, and U.S. Government requirements. 
Along with working closely with process owners throughout the organization towards making evolved and agile business processes a differentiator and competitive advantage for the organization.  Attention to detail is paramount.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
•Manage the corporate documents program covering operations, legal, engineering, human resources, finance, and environmental health and safety.
•Collaborate with information technology teams regarding necessary maintenance, corrective actions, and upgrades needed to the corporate documents and policy management software
•As appropriate, format, edit, standardize, proofread and correct information written by subject matter experts, in accordance with corporate requirements, arrange it in a logical order and ensure a consistent writing style throughout the document so that the resultant product can be easily read and understood by employees.
•As appropriate, identify and acquire additional information or explanation needed to complete technical documentation.
•Using the corporate document management system, ensure that draft documents are circulated for review and approval.
•Support a functioning change control board for corporate documents including policies and procedures.
•Will also support the archiving and trending of customer feedback evaluations.
•Management and administration of the SGT QMS with a proactive, action-oriented focus to exceed customer expectations, as well as industry and regulatory quality standards, through the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory agency quality requirements, as well as customer and internal company quality systems requirements. 
•Development, administration, and tracking of quality system metrics such as Incident, Corrective and Preventive Action, customer complaint and/or issue resolution, and other quality metrics as needed to support management review or QMS data. 
•Review and dispositioning of all certification documentation to meet accountability/quality requirements per ISO-9001 and related Quality standards. 
•Conducting of audits and transactional reviews of, but not limited to: 
•Operations workflow (including contractual and regulatory required quality requirements) 
•Documentation processes 
•Timeliness and accuracy of processes versus performance metric goals 
•Assisting in documentation of QA and QC procedures and creating associated work instructions and standard operating procedures. 
•Documentation and reporting of findings of identified opportunities for improvement and/or instances of variance from procedure in a timely manner 
•Maintaining and processing red tag items or issues, CARs, NCAs, ECRs as directed by the CCO. 

Required Qualifications: 
•Minimum of five (5) years' experience with demonstrated writing ability
•Bachelor's Degree 
•Construction industry experience is preferred
•Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to write technical material
•Capacity to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of people across multiple business units / companies to include personnel holding positions at varying levels.
•Ability to effectively express and comprehend both oral and written communications to and from a variety of audiences.
•Skilled in the use of information technology systems, software, and media used to produce and store technical publications in electronic format.
•Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
•Ability to interview and observe to gather required details.
•Ability to work flexible hours, when required.
•Technical aptitude is highly desired.
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•Self-motivated.
•Writing sample may be requested
•ISO Certification 

Security Clearance: 
•Must be US citizen and have the ability to obtain a federal government security clearance, if later required.

•The salary range for this position is $122,100.00 to $164,800.00 An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
