Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Product Strategy Specialist for our client, a family-owned eCommerce business in Doral, FL!
What they offer: $70 per hour starting wage Strong work/life balance 100% REMOTE 3+ month contract 10-20 hours per week What you will be doing: Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and potential gaps within the toy category.
Develop strategies to position our products competitively on Amazon and in other key channels, leveraging insights from big-box retail and eCommerce markets.
Monitor competitor activity and conduct benchmarking to adjust product strategies in line with market dynamics.
Define and oversee the product roadmap for the toy category, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer demand.
Collaborate with product developers and designers to ensure products meet quality standards and align with brand vision.
Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through to launch, performance evaluation, and refinement.
Work closely with Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts and budget goals.
Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop high-impact product content and visuals that support brand growth and customer engagement.
Serve as the key liaison between the product development team and other departments to facilitate alignment on goals, strategies, and timelines.
What you will need: 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or purchasing within the toy category Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related Background in big-box retail purchasing Interested?
