REMOTE: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Campaign Specialist Part-Time Applicant must have the following relevant experience: Extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and support. Knowledge of coding, specifically with AMP script, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Experienced in facilitating training and publishing training materials. Experience documenting processes and simplistically explaining complex information. Experience with the bounce management process in Marketing Cloud and how to leverage an integrated Salesforce CRM solution. Experienced in production support and problem-solving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Service Cloud Integrations. Be able to work directly with business/production owners on priorities and balance workloads. Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simply explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
