Job Title: Senior Tax Manager (Partnership/Pass-Through)
Location: Remote position
Salary: $170k-$230k
Requirements: CPA, at least 5+ years of Management in Public Accounting

What You Will Be Doing
Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, primarily for partnership returns and pass-through entities.Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and recordsReview complex tax planning projections for estimated tax liabilityManage and monitor client deliverables and due datesConduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusionsRespond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax noticesCommunicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax mattersLead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows
What You Need For This Position
Partnership return experience required5+ years of management experience in Public AccountingCPA, LLM (Master of Laws) or Juris Doctorate required
