Remote Service Desk Specialist

Remote Service Desk Specialist Duration: 8 month w2 contract Pay Rate: $28/hr Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM during Training.
Tuesday through Saturday 9AM - 6PM after training.
Job Description: Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application on iOS and Android operating systems.
Entering tickets into the required tracking system.
Minimum Qualifications: One year of professional experience in IT Help desk or support, OR Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
