Secondary Skills: Description: This Program will address - How do tax rules work across systems and how can we manage it? Discovery project underway to research needs for full scope of Program Will affect multiple countries and applications across the company. Whatever approach/system we select, we will need to integrate with current company set up, so SAP would be helpful Experience working in Financial projects, esp. tax related and/or Global tax rules Experience with big project RFPs Very senior (15+ years PM with at least a few Programs delivered under their belt), a leader with ability to see big picture but also understand things at a granular level, and to translate that in order to communicate high-level to Executives and in detail to project resources effectively Needs to be able to look at things across multiple workstreams and mitigate issues that might be on the horizon Level headed, can handle diversity, and challenging conversations Must be able to work US Eastern hours, but will work with global resources.
