Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team at Burlington Stores in Denver, Colorado. In this part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our remote support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of remote support specialists to provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline remote support operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them achieve their goals.4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address areas for improvement in remote support services.5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve remote support operations.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.8. Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and key metrics.
Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in remote support or customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Confident and adaptable personality traits.5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
