As a Remote Support Technician, you'll play a vital role at the intersection of customer support and technology. Embedded within the Operations and Client Delivery Department, the Remote Support Team is a critical part of our broader operations structure. As the key connection between people and technology, you will support interpreters, speakers, and attendees—ensuring they can engage and communicate smoothly without distraction. As a Remote Support Technician (RST), you'll become an integral part of our operations. Our support team offers flexible shift models to fit your lifestyle:
Model 1: Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts (1-hour break included).Model 2: Tuesday to Thursday with 12-hour shifts (1 hour 45-minute break), plus 4 hours on either weekend day.Shifts are scheduled weekly by the Operations Management team based on event needs.
