This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remotely, collaborating with a exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
What you'll bring: Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
How you will lead: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Virtual, customer-facing role, using state of the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
