What You'll Bring Who You Are: Tax Associate with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need: Must have an active PTIN and be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
How You Will Lead What You Will Do: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
