Temporary Setup & Disclosure Analyst (Strong Opportunity for Permanent Role)
Must reside in CST or EST time zone Are you an experienced Setup & Disclosure Analyst looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team on a temporary basis with the strong potential for a permanent role. As a Setup & Disclosure Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of loan disclosures, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and supporting internal and external teams in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Oversight: Ensure submitted loans meet the rules and regulations set forth by governing agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD, USDA, and VA. Loan Documentation: Perform a range of documentation tasks using comprehensive knowledge of loan products and applicable policies. Mavent Compliance Review: Analyze compliance reviews within Ellie Mae Encompass, addressing issues such as points and fees, state rules, and high-cost regulations. Loan Scrubbing: Validate loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance by comparing them with the Loan Origination System (LOS) and identifying discrepancies. Disclosure Management: Complete initial disclosure requests and process any subsequent changed circumstances, ensuring compliance with TRID requirements and fee tolerances. Communication & Problem-Solving: Regularly communicate with internal teams and external clients via email and phone to resolve any issues or concerns, using an escalation path when needed. Document Retrieval & Entry: Retrieve and upload necessary documents from creditors, appraisers, title companies, and other third-party vendors. Manage data entry and document sorting tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors to collect required information and ensure smooth loan processing. Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support team goals and maintain operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: You would be a great fit for this role if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience in loan disclosures, including initial disclosures. Possess strong skills in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Encompass. Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Can effectively problem-solve and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all tasks. Are able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and a positive client experience.
