Remote Vacation Planner

This independent contractor opportunity is commission-based, and your compensation is derived from the profits generated by your sales (1099).

Responsibilities: As a Remote Vacation Planner, your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via email, phone calls, or online chat to understand their vacation preferences, requirements, and budget.

Itinerary Creation: Create customized vacation itineraries tailored to the client's interests and needs, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with various vendors such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, and transportation services to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.

Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance, are organized and provided to clients.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide the best advice and options to clients.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years old or older
Authorized to work in the USA, Mexico, Colombia, or Australia
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Access to a smart phone or computer
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs
