We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Hershey in New York City. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing the online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support. This is a full-time, associate-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage the online chat platform to provide real-time assistance to customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback.2. Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.4. Implement chat strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.5. Analyze chat data and trends to make recommendations for improving processes and customer experiences.6. Provide training and support to chat agents to ensure consistency and quality of service.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.8. Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Proven experience managing online chat platforms and providing exceptional customer service.3.
