Job Description:
PPL is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, have strong communication skills, and possess creativity.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote web chat agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase web chat efficiency and productivity.
3. Monitor web chat performance and provide regular reports to management.
4. Train and onboard new web chat agents as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in web chat management.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently.
5. Knowledge of CRM software and customer service best practices.
6. Creative problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
