Your Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for managing various Renewable Energy projects and studies.
Your Key Responsibilities Client management, team development, pursuits, and market growth. Plan and manage complex civil engineering design projects for a variety of renewables (solar, wind, battery, etc.) clients. Supervision, development, mentorship, and empowerment of engineers, technicians, and designers. Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials Required:
Experience in project accounting, scheduling, staffing coordination, project management, business development, and client service management. Ability to create, suggest, and introduce innovative and effective client solutions and integrated deliverables aligned with the Sector business objectives. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Preferred:
Experience in managing civil project design functions including site planning, roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and other municipal and private sector infrastructure preferred. Experience in renewable energy ministerial and non-ministerial permitting process is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
