This role reports directly to our Renovations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Project Assessment: Evaluate renovation projects by conducting site visits along with Renovations Project Manager, assessing client needs, and assisting with accurate estimates for time and materials.Design Collaboration: Work closely with Project Manager, clients and designers to develop renovation plans that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.Trade Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns that arise.Scheduling: Responsible for maintaining project schedule and communication to customers when schedule changes.
Collaborate daily with Relationship Manager to set clear calendar availability.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the renovation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.Qualifications: Proven experience in home renovations or a related field (minimum of 2 years preferred).Must have some trim carpentry experience or ability.
